Iron Cross 2nd Class with Photo

Iron Cross second class (Eisernes Kreuz 2. Klasse) with ribbon. On September 1st 1939 Hitler reinstituted the Iron Cross (First time in 1813). The second class medal was for award to personnel who performed a single act of bravery in combat. The cross has a three piece construction. The cross is maker-marked with '113' for 'Hermann Aurich' in Dresden. The cross comes with it's original ribbon and with a photo of a soldier just been awarded, wearing a Double-decal steel helmet (superb photo). I have no proof of the photo and cross belonging together, this is just the way I have found them. Nice example in mint-condition, hard to upgrade!
