This medal was awarded to those who were service members of the Women’s Army Auxiliary Corps between 10 July 1942 to 31 August 1943 or the Women’s Army Corps from 1 September 1943 to 2 September 1945. The original pin backing is in place. Very nice example in top condition! Amerikaans medaille: 'Women's Army Corps Sevice Medal'. Deze medaille werd ingesteld in opdracht van President Franklin Roosevelt op 29 juli 1943.
